The Legendary Bloomsbury Group 4-Day Drawing & Painting Course 2027

Friday 30th July – Monday 2nd August 2027
10am – 4pm. £400pp price includes all materials, sketch book and refreshments.
Introduction/presentation at The Cabinet Rooms and course based at The Colour Factory Studios in Winchester.

Rosie will share her passion for the Bloomsbury Group in this fully immersive art course that explores the story, processes and painting of key members of the group i.e. Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant and Roger Fry. With lots of demonstrations you will be drawing and painting, using exercises and skills that Rosie has developed over many years of teaching and being a practicing artist. You will learn how to record accurately from a still life and your surroundings and come away with a sketchbook full of vibrant drawings and paintings. Suitable for all abilities, in a small and friendly class.

After the course, in the autumn, there is an organised trip for the group to Charleston House, Lewes in conjunction with The Cabinet Rooms. This is an additional cost.
